Sparx Technology Announces Results of Voting at 2022 Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders

VANCOUVER, BC – TheNewswire – January 10, 2023 – Sparx Technology Inc. (TSXV:SPRX) (OTC:STCXF) (“Sparx” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide the voting results from its January 5, 2023 annual general and special general meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”). Shareholders holding a total of 37,414,126 common shares were represented in person or by proxy at the Meeting, representing 51.18% of the votes attached to all outstanding common shares of the Company as at the record date.

Each of the director nominees, being Kirstine Stewart, Drew Craig and Brian Brady was re-elected as a director of the Company to serve until the next annual general meeting of shareholders, or until his or her successor is otherwise elected or appointed.

In addition, all other matters presented for approval at the Meeting were duly authorized and approved, including:

the re-appointment of MNP LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as the auditors of the Company; and

the approval of the Company’s stock option plan.
